- to regulate class numbers
- for in-studio classes, please sign up 15 minutes prior to the class

Mask Policy
- masks are optional in-studio if you are vaccinated, please send vaccination info to info@freshyoga.com

Props
- we strongly encourage you to bring your own mat and props always
- there are props available in-studio
- props and studio are thoroughly cleaned post-class
