Each Forrest Yoga Intensive class is designed and sequenced with a specific focus area in order to help move your practice to the next level. You will leave feeling cleansed, awake, and refreshed.

About the Instructor

Heidi is the owner and director of Fresh Yoga studio in New Haven. She has studied Yoga for 18 years and taught for 11. Heidi is an E-RYT 500, Forrest Yoga Mentor, has completed Basic and Advanced Forrest Yoga teacher trainings and has assisted Ana in her national workshops and teacher trainings.
