Based on the primary series of ashtanga yoga, classes teach sun salutations, basic standing postures, and deep (Ujjayi) breathing. These classes are recommended for students at all levels. This class includes alignment instruction and demonstration.

Basics (level 1)

A slow paced class with detailed alignment instruction and demonstration. Meditation and breathing are taught. This class is essential for beginners. More advanced students can use Basics to deepen their practice.

Core Strength For Yoga

Tone your abdomen, strengthen your back, and create a strong center. Go deeper into internal organs to release toxins, and bring freedom and fluidity into your body. Developing a strong core will help you avoid injuries and is a great compliment to your regular yoga practice. All levels.
