Traditional Chinese Exercises and Techniques

What is Qigong?
Qigong is a Chinese discipline used to enhance health. It includes breathing techniques, meditation, movement and massage. Meridian Qigong combines movement, breath and intent to transmit Qi along the 12 standard meridians and the Ren and Du Meridians. The circulation of the Qi along these meridians, alleviating blocks, will help stabalize the emotions, relax the mind, and strengthen the body against disease.

No Experience Necessary

Format of the Course:
This course will meet twice a month for 1 year. It is important to practice each meridian before moving onto the next, so the instruction of new material is spaced across 1 year. New material will be taught 1 Wednesday a month, and there will also be a review session 1 Sunday a month. Dates are Coming Soon!

About the Instructor:
Master Steven Bennett is Head Master of the Slow Dance School of Taijiquan. He has studied the internal arts for 40 years and has been featured in T'ai Chi Magazine. He has studied with the following Great Grandmasters: William C. C. Chen, Chen Man Ching, Li Chung, and Mak Foon
