Open to individuals who have completed the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training Course.
This 1-year program includes 4, 1-day workshops and 4 bridge calls, ongoing support with certification and community interaction. The 1-day workshops include practice, instruction in hands-on assisting, sequencing, actual teaching, level 1 ceremony and receiving teaching feedback.

Heidi Sormaz is the owner and director of Fresh Yoga studio in New Haven. She has studied Yoga for 13 years and taught for 8. A certified Forrest Yoga teacher and Forrest Yoga Mentor, Heidi completed Basic and Advanced Forrest Yoga teacher trainings, assists Ana in her national workshops, and has assisted multiple Forrest Foundation Teacher Trainings.
Anna North has completed completed Basic and Advanced Forrest Yoga teacher trainings, assists Ana in her national workshops, is the Forrest teacher liason and has assisted multiple Forrest Yoga Teacher Trainings.

Location, Dates, Requirements
Heidi Sormaz and Anna North will be conducting 3 sets of workshops for 2008 - 2009.
As exact dates, times, and specific locations become available they will be posted.

  Tentative Workshop Dates:

  Must be minimum of 8 people registered by July 15th, 2008 to run
• Boston, MA
  Tentative Workshop Dates:
  Early Oct 08, Jan 09, April 09, August 09
  Must be minimum of 6 people registered by Sept 1, 2008 to run
• New Haven, CT
  Tentative Workshop Dates:
  Late Nov 08, Feb 09, May 09, August 09
  Must be minimum of 4 people registered by Oct 15, 2008 to run

Pre-registration is required
If a location does not fill, you will have the option of a full refund or can change locations.
If you register and must cancel for some other reason prior to 1 week before the 1st workshop, you will be refunded less a $25 processing fee.
Yes, you can take the workshops in different locations but you will partnered up with someone in your original location (location of 1st workshop) for some assignments, and will be required to call in for the bridge calls in your original location.
