Melissa Hall

Melissa Hall, RYT, is a graduate of YOGAspirit Studio's 500-Hour Yoga Therapy Program. She has completed a teacher training with Seane Corne and has studied with Rolf Gates. Her classes are taught in the vinyasa style, which include hands-on-assists that promote mind-body biomechancial awareness and let you experience your poses in a safe and deep way.

Melissa teaches to a mixed level class where her knowledge of the poses and abilities as a teacher cultivates a healing environment and creates a supportive teaching style that will strengthen your body, focus your mind and open your heart. She encourages her students to use their yoga practice to go inside, to deepen self awareness and reconnect to their inner strength and peace.

Melissa HallMelissa took her first yoga class in 1999 and was hooked ever since. She discovered the connection between practicing yoga and renewing the spirit. This experience led to a spiritual awakening and healing journey focused on opening the heart, forgiveness and self love.

Melissa believes that a daily yoga practice will build your physical power, develop your emotional strength and reveal your true spirit. She is thankful to her teachers and students who continue to light the path toward love and peace.
