Fresh Yoga Basics Class Description
This is the perfect class for a student who is either new to yoga or looking to return to the basics.
Learn foundational yoga postures and alignment, breathing practice, meditation, deep relaxation, and basic
yoga teachings. Towards the end of the series we will go over beginner modifications for more advanced postures
like inversions and backbends. Yoga can help with increasing the flexibility of the spine, range of motion of your
joints, core strength, balance and focus, relaxation and ability to sleep, body awareness and energy and vitality.
