About the Intensives

The Forrest Yoga Intensives accompany the Continuing Education Teacher Training Program. You do not have to be a teacher trainee to participate. This 3 day series will take you on a physical and mental journey deep into the core of your being. Try one of the most vigorous and demanding yoga workouts around. Through a carefully constructed and rigorous series of yoga asanas, Forrest Yoga will open you up to the amazing quality of feeling that lives inside each of us. You will leave feeling cleansed, awake, and refreshed.

Schedule

9 - 9:45 AM Optional Meditation
10 AM - 12 PM Intensive Class

Heidi at Cat will be teaching on alternate days.
Heidi will be teaching November 30th
Cat will be teaching December 1st
They will teach together on December 2nd

Pricing

Each class is $35

Policies

Be on your mat and ready to practice by 9:55 am.
The practice room will be heated to 85 degrees.
Bring 2 mats, a strap, a block, and water to all sessions.

About the instructors:

Both Heidi and Catherine are Certified Forrest Yoga Teachers and Mentors. They have assisted Ana Forrest in numerous teacher trainings and national workshops across the country. Each travels around the country presenting workshops and mentorship programs.
