Yin & Yang Immersion with Ashley F. and Jess R.

Balance strength, stretch and restoration. Strengthen your muscles with vinyasa, where poses are held for one to five breathes. Then, stretch and restore your connective tissue and joints with yin, where poses are passively held for three to five minutes. The combination of active asana, fueled by your breathing, and passive asana, allowing gravity to do the work, provides the perfect balance on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

About the Instructors

Ashley's classes are taught in a vinyasa style with adequate warm-up and cool down of key muscles used in yoga. She teaches an exciting, fun, and challenging practice, so be ready to sweat!

Jess's classes are Vinyasa and Hatha informed, with a healthy sprinkling of Buddhist-influenced philosophy. She is also a Yoga Nidra and Meditation guide.
