Mindful Yoga and Mediation Monthly Class with Anne Dutton

This class uses physical posture and breath work to prepare the body and mind for meditation and ends with a guided mindfulness practice. It has a strong contemplative flavor and an emphasis on self-care.

About the Instructor

Anne Dutton, M.A., R.Y.T. is certified by Yoga Alliance at the 500-hr. level. Anne primarily teaches Anusara Yoga - a heart-centered, tantric approach based on universal principles that creates optimal alignment between all parts of the body and all aspects of self. Her goal is to support her students in developing a clear understanding of the physical and spiritual principles of yoga for the purpose of finding a joyful balance of freedom and stability. She is also informed by a meditation practice of three decades and is certified to teach the Minfulness-Based Stress Reduction program.
