We are currently making prerecorded classes available daily.
July 14th Weekly Live Zoom classes will be added.
August 2nd In-person, outdoor classes at Erector Sq will be added.

How to attend our online classes:
Login and use our MindBody system to register for classes just as you would to check into a regular class.
You can use a class card, or drop-in for a class.

You will see the time of the online class scheduled late in the day.
The time marker is irrelevant - the classes are prerecorded.

Once checked into class, we will send you the link for the class.
You can take your class at any time within 2 weeks from the scheduled date of the class.
If you want to attend an Online Class that has already occurred,
Email us at info@freshyoga.com.
We will enter you into that class after the fact, and send you the link.

Each class will be available for up to 14 days.
Attending these classes helps us weather the temporary closing.

Outside, In-Person Classes Coming Soon

Outside, in-person classes will begin in August.
We will be sending information with the updated schedule as soon as we can.
We have secured a space in Erector Sq - so you will be coming home!
We will also add Live Zoom and prerecorded classes online if you are not ready to attend in person.
