Shaun English
Shaun is a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance. She is certified through Itsy Bitsy Yoga International to facilitate the yoga experience for caregivers and babies.
Shaun completed Ana Forrest's Foundational Teacher Training in 2006 and has also trained with Baron Baptiste. Experiencing yoga was her year 2000 resolution, one of the few she has joyfully maintained.
Shaun’s Itsy Bitsy Yoga classes combine practical poses moms do with the babies, abdominals for the moms, and opportunities for connection with other moms. Adults and the babies they nurture can always benefit from a focused breath together.
Shaun is a counselor trained in Marriage and Family Therapy and is passionate about nurturing mindfulness and having fun with yoga.
