Foundations of Flow and Mindfulness
Join us for a mixed-level yoga class designed to be beginner-friendly while offering options to challenge more experienced practitioners. Our sessions start with slower warm-ups and breath work, transitioning into a mindful flow that emphasizes breath control, alignment, grounding, and building a solid foundation for a safe and sustainable yoga practice. Discover the perfect balance between movement and stillness in this holistic yoga experience.
This is not a fast-paced class; instead, we focus on cultivating awareness and
intentional movement. Each class concludes with an optional 30-minute mindfulness
meditation session.
No prior experience required.
Keri's classes teaches a mixed level flow focusing on grounding and building body awareness. You will have opportunities to deepen your postures, learn modifications, explore challenges and build curiosity and confidence within your own practice.
