Forrest Yoga Year-Long Mentorship Program

Forrest Mentor: Heidi Wenk-Sormaz

This program is open to individuals who have completed the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training Course.

This year-long program includes four 2-day workshops, four bridge calls, and year-long ongoing support with certification and community interaction.

The 2-day workshops include morning practice, instruction in hands-on assisting, sequencing, practice teaching and receiving teaching feedback, level 1 ceremony and process work.

Heidi Sormaz Forrest Yoga Mentor: Heidi Wenk-Sormaz is the owner and director of Fresh Yoga studio in New Haven. She has studied Yoga for 15 years and taught for 10. A certified Forrest Yoga teacher and Forrest Yoga Mentor, Heidi completed Basic and Advanced Forrest Yoga teacher trainings, assists Ana in her national workshops, and has assisted multiple Forrest Yoga Teacher Trainings. Pre-registration is required by November 20th, 2010

Registration Fees and Structure:
Option 1 Payment in Full - $1200 (Cancellation prior to 2 weeks before the 1st workshop, you will be refunded less a $50 processing fee).
Option 2 3-Month Plan: Equal payments of $400 due at registration (deposit is non-refundable), first workshop date and first bridge call.
Option 3 Flex Plan: $400 deposit due at registration (deposit is non-refundable). $250 fee due at each workshop. (This includes the workshop fee at $200 and an administrative charge of $50.)

If the event is cancelled due to the minimum number of people not being met, you will be refunded in full.
