Forrest Yoga Year-Long Mentorship Program

Forrest Mentor: Heidi Sormaz

This program is open to individuals who have completed the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training Course.

This year-long program includes four 2-day workshops, four bridge calls, and year-long ongoing support with certification and community interaction.

The 2-day workshops include morning practice, instruction in hands-on assisting, sequencing, practice teaching and receiving teaching feedback, level 1 ceremony and process work.

Mentor: Heidi Sormaz, E-RYT 500, is the owner and director of Fresh Yoga studio in New Haven. She has studied Yoga for 17 years and taught for 11. A certified Forrest Yoga teacher and Forrest Yoga Mentor, Heidi completed Basic and Advanced Forrest Yoga teacher trainings, assists Ana in her national workshops, and has assisted multiple Forrest Yoga Teacher Trainings. In 2008, Yoga Journal named Heidi one of their "Next Generation of Yoga Teachers." To read article click here! Registration Fees and Structure:
$1420 plus CT state tax
$1300 plus CT state tax, Earlybird price prior to Feb 1st, 2014
(Cancellation prior to 2 weeks before the 1st workshop, you will be refunded less a $50 processing fee).
If the event is cancelled due to the minimum number of people not being met, you will be refunded in full.
