Join us for a day of Kundalini Yoga, as we dance, sing, sweat and deeply meditate, Building a strong Group Consciousness and Raising a healing vibration for all those around us. All levels are welcome. Please do not eat 2 hours before class.

Kundalini Yoga includes: Asanas (physical exercises), Pranayam (breathing exercises), Mantra (sacred sound vibration), Deep Meditation and Deep Relaxation

About the Instructor

Siri Rishi Kaur is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher (former owner of New Haven's Shakti Yoga Studios) and is presently based at Golden Bridge Yoga in NYC. Siri Rishi Kaur (Tamara Malawitz) is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. She fell in love with Kundalini Yoga after her first class 9 years ago, and immediately knew she had to teach it. Kundalini Yoga has helped her balance motherhood, marriage, and acting with grace, courage, and regalness. Since her first Kundalini Yoga experience she has been teaching children and adults in the NYC/ CT area for the past 8 years. Siri Rishi delivers this ancient technology in a very down to earth fashion, inspiring & reminding students that walking a spiritual path is our birth right, and it can be as natural to us as breathing. Her classes are fun and uplifting with a deep emphasis on allowing the flow of creativity, and expansion through the heart. She is greatful and honored to sit at the feet of her teacher Hari Kaur Khalsa whom she assists during KRI Teacher Trainings, and it is her mission to serve, and uplift ALL near and far.
