The Spirit of Practice
According to yoga, we have habits of mind which cause us to suffer and we must practice habits of mind that liberate us. We have mistaken the impermanent for the permanent, the non-essential for the essential. We will come together for this session to celebrate the 'spirit of practice' and in honor of the truth that company is stronger than willpower. Together the impossible becomes not only possible, but inevitable.
The workshop will include vinyasa practice, pranayama, meditation and lecture. Come prepared to sweat. Bring your towel.

The obstacles in our path are the path. We all know more than we think we do, and we are stronger than we believe ourselves to be. We come to our mats and to our lives to learn by going where we have to go. -Rolf Gates
